MPLOY are seeking someone to join an experienced Litigation department spread across two offices, and working closely with the firm’s Litigation Partner. You will work in an office with approx. 30 others, and get to work on all kinds of litigation matters:
- Property: acting for landlords in possession claims against their tenants, acting for commercial landlords and tenants with large property portfolios in relation to applications for lease renewals
- Commercial: litigation in large High Court cases and appeals (IP cases for example)
- Collective: Large opt-out collective actions – high profile and complex
The firm has been trading for 30 years, has a great reputation, and plenty of repeat business from organisations and individuals who trust their technical advice and fair price.
Whether you are at experienced Paralegal level or newly qualified, you have to have previous experience within Litigation, and a desire to pursue this sector as you advance your career. Hybrid working is available, the preference is for someone to be in the office 4 days per week, but this can be discussed at the point of application.
