A whole-time post as Consultant in Urology is available from April 2024 at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

This is a replacement post and will be based at the Churchill Hospital. The appointment is on a whole-time basis, but applications are welcome from those who wish to job share. We seek to appoint a Urological Surgeon to undertake cystectomy, deliver complex pelvic oncology surgery, and join the bladder cancer team. Experience in major pelvic oncology including cystectomy is essential, and experience in robotic surgery is desirable.

Any person who is unable for personal reasons to work full-time will be eligible to be considered for the post. If such a person is appointed, modification of the job content will be discussed on a personal basis, in consultation with consultant colleagues. Suitably qualified job-share candidates will receive serious consideration.

The post holder will undertake cystectomy, deliver complex pelvic oncology surgery, and join the bladder cancer team. Experience in major pelvic oncology including cystectomy is essential, and experience in robotic surgery is desirable.
