Salary: £23,500 - £23,893 FTE (£20,394 - £20,735 pro rata)

About the roles:

The successful learning assistants will support the Class Teacher to carry out a range of activities to promote learning and development.  This will include working on a one to one basis and in small groups.

You will be:

keen to learn with a positive outlook
able to work on your own initiative
experienced in working with children
able to work as part of a team
willing to undertake training
enthusiastic and have the skills to challenge and motivate all our pupils.
A relevant NVQ or equivalent, along with previous experience and knowledge of pastoral interventions, safeguarding, social and emotional and communication support for pupils is advantageous.

You will be joining a passionate group of colleagues who strive to achieve the best outcomes for pupils in all aspects of their lives.
