About the Role:
As a Tenant Involvement Officer, you will play a crucial role in fostering meaningful engagement with tenants and leaseholders of our Council's housing service. Your efforts will ensure that their voices are heard and considered in the development and improvement of our housing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate effective, high-quality engagement with tenants and leaseholders.
Adapt to the increased regulations in the housing sector by enhancing tenant participation.
Provide a variety of engagement opportunities, both in-person and online.
Collaborate closely with managers and officers across the housing service to ensure tenant feedback shapes our services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to creating and implementing engagement strategies.
A valid driving license is required.
