M&A Brown & Sons Ltd is a family run business providing sales, service, and repair to agricultural, commercial groundcare and horticultural machinery. We are based just outside of Goudhurst, Kent.
M&A Brown & Sons Ltd is looking for skilled technicians with drive and passion to provide excellent service for their customers. Ideally with experience of agricultural, commercial groundcare machinery and/or horticultural machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a wide range machinery. One thing is guaranteed no two days will be the same! This role is predominantly workshop based but at times will be at customer’s premises.
On going training will be provided with our key manufacturers, to ensure that your skills and knowledge continues to grow in this important position.
Previous experience of working with similar agricultural or ground care machinery would be ideal but not essential. If you are a skilled technician and have an interest in transferring your skills to a new and different industry.
Skills required:
• Previous Agricultural or Ground care machinery technician experience would be a clear advantage. However, experience in an automotive/mechanical engineering sector will be considered.
• Self-motivated and conscientious.
• A full driving licence due to our rural location and on-site work.
