Direct line management and support of the Senior SEN Casework Officers. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the SEN team, ensuring compliance standards and statutory duties are met and conducted effectively and efficiently. Supporting in the management and allocation of effective use of resources and to act as a deputy for the SAT Strategic Manager when required, taking on decision-making and leadership responsibilities.
About youThis role requires a dynamic leader capable of fostering a positive and motivating work environment. The ideal candidate will be approachable and adaptable, demonstrating excellent organisational skills. They should be a confident, calm and professional comunicator with the ability to make considered decisons and must be able to handle pressure and respond adeptly to changing priorities.
