At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking to for an Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join the team on our Terrace in Mayfair, central London until the end of September 2024

As our Assistant F&B Operations Manager you will work on a Fixed Term contract until the end of September 2024 with your focus being on the Terrace. Working alongside the team to deliver results by exceeding the guests’ expectations. With your first-hand experience you will be able to recognise departmental challenges and problem solve, help improve processes, systems, and product. The role will involve ensuring diners have a positive experience by delivering a great service, great food, and great drinks. Your duties will include greeting guests, communicating with members of the kitchen and bar about and helping close down the terrace area at the end if service. Previous experience as an F&B Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader is preferred and experience in handling guest queries and concerns is a must! Above all you must be willing to learn new things and work as part of the wider hotel team. If you think you’ve got what it takes, we would love to hear from you.
