Class 1 Driver Immediate start - DAYS or NIGHTS
Pure Staff have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified HGV Class 1 Driver in Cribbs Causeway, near Avonmouth.
Pure Staff specialise in the recruitment of HGV drivers for the logistics distribution and supply chain industry and have clients based all over England, Wales and Scotland. We offer drivers work that suits their needs, suitability, and personal lives.
we are looking for DAY drivers and NIGHT drivers who can meet the below specifications:
Job Specifications:
- Average shift is 10-12 hours
- trunking to depots or NDC's and RDC's
- Daily Vehicle checks.
- A professional manner when dealing with the end customer.
- Ability to complete an assessment and induction prior to work starting.
- Always Wearing the correct PPE whilst working (safety Boots and Hi-Vis).
The ideal candidate:
- HGV Class 1 Licence
- 6 MONTHS Class 1 experience is essential for this role
- a Valid Digital tacho card.
- a Valid CPC.
- Clean Driving Licence with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD codes)
We have shifts available every day of the week including weekends, we can offer adhoc work or ongoing shifts.
starts times can vary but are usually:
Days: between 05:00 and 07:00
Nights: between 17:00 and 19:00
Class 1 Driver Pay Rate:
Monday to Friday £16.50 between 04:00 and 21:00
Monday to Friday £19.25 between 21:00 and 04:00
Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays £19.25 between 04:00 and 21:00
Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays £22 between 21:00 and 04:00
Please note, the above rate quoted does not include holiday pay as holiday pay is paid separately when you book annual leave.
Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or or Payroll Processing Fees.
