Dedicated Project Support, including implementation of plans agreed across the system and as per HEE requirements. To support the delivery of the learning form the Learning disability and (LeDeR) strategy by co-leading and planning the implementation of the Oliver McGowan training rollout project in accordance with agreed standards and project timescales. To work across the system with system partners to design , agree and deliver a delivery process that will be, where ever possible, compatible with existing system and process of training delivery. Book venues for the delivery of training Work with Business partners to confirm attendees at training so that partners can update Learning records. Provide a key point of contact and knowledge for this mandatory new project rollout for providers/ HEE. Experts by experience (trainers) and session facilitators. Responsible marketing, advertising and promoting the training offer for Oliver McGowan using the existing BSW Education and Training platform. Responsible for technical and operational readiness by ensuring system and process testing,. Responsible for identifying the training needs of end users in relation to associated project deliverables and develop and where appropriate, deliver structured training. With the Lead Trainer, responsible for the support and communication with trainers and facilitators concerning monthly training schedule. This will include locations, attendees and equipment. Responsible for designing and mechanism and compiling evaluations of training form attendees. Co-ordination of a project meetings and workshops which, will include; working with meeting host, co-ordinating Microsoft Team invitations and responses Monitor all incoming electronic correspondence regarding Oliver McGowan training and CPD Training, dealing with routine matters, draft responses or make further enquiries on behalf of the Programme to facilitate a response.
