Crynodeb
The post holder is responsible for delivering the Healthy Child Programme. Health Visitors carry continuing responsibility for the assessment of health needs, including the development, implementation and evaluation of packages of care. To support the development and implementation of processes and audit to improve the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme to clients within the FCHC area leading to improved childrens health outcomes. To support and line manage skill mix within the 0-19 teams.
