Landmarc Support Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Otterburn Camp. The successful candidate will provide exceptional electrical maintenance services, supporting both preventive and reactive maintenance activities within agreed timelines.

Pension

Main Responsibilities
  • Complete all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks within agreed timescales.
  • Assist other technicians with various maintenance tasks.
  • Install, repair, inspect, and test electrical installations according to IET Wiring Regulations.
  • Conduct reactive maintenance and installation testing (EICR).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory workplace safety requirements, including risk assessments and safe systems of work.
  • Participate in the the On-Call rota (overtime applicable).
  • Complete appropriate and relevant Electrical Certificates and Electrical Condition Reports.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call rota
  • Must hold Full UK Driving Licence

Essential qualifications:

  • C&G 2357 Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation/Maintenance
  • 18th Edition BS7671
  • 2391 Inspection & Testing

Preferred qualification:

  • JIB Registered
