Governors are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support, inclusion and integration of children with additional educational needs (ALN).
Successful candidates will have a dedication to furthering pupils learning & development, together with the ability to use initiative and creativity. Supporting pupils inside as well as outside the classroom, under the direction of the ALNCo you will contribute to the overall ethos, work and aims of the school. You will play an integral part in the school life of pupils and you should have an empathy and interest in working with pupils with ALN.
Ideally, candidates for this position will be experienced Teaching Assistants or will be able to demonstrate previous experience of working with children. The role will require the ability to relate well to young people, develop effective working relationships with pupils and parents and have excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
