Teaching Assistant required
Preferred start September 2024TA2 at Blackminster School on a permanent 20.25 hour each week contract. Grade Scale SCP 4-6
The Pebworth First and Blackminster Middle Schools Federation is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our committed team based across the Federation. The purpose of the role is to promote and improve standards of behaviour and support the welfare of students.
The successful candidate will:- ▪ Under the direction of the SENCo raise the levels of achievement of students who have SEND needs and deliver a range of interventions to support the academic and pastoral development of the students. ▪ To work collaboratively with the teacher and work with responsibility for the development and education of students, including those with special educational, physical and emotional needs, by utilising detailed knowledge and specialist skills in specialist discipline being fully involved in all stages of the planning cycle.
