Crynodeb
We are on the lookout for a Site Manager with the opportunity to work with an established contractor in South London and Surrounding areas.
You will be running the projects day to day and will be responsible for managing the whole site and will be leading a team consisting of a labourer, who will be reporting to you. You will be reporting into a Project Manager/Director.
These projects will be retail shop Fit Outs.
The ideal Project Manager will:
- Have CAT A + CAT B Fit Out experience
- Have experience in delivering Shop Fit Outs.
- Experience successfully running retail fit out projects as a Site Manager or Contracts Manager on retail fit out projects independently
- Have experience with dealing with sub-contractors
