Sodexo has a great opportunity for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our established team working with our clients based in Cambridge.
Joining our team at their new site in Cambourne, you will be the single point of contact and escalations for all FM services and employees on site, delivering FM services and liaison with the client team and customers on site. You will be accountable for service delivery, reporting, governance and regular audits & escalations to the Environment, Health & Safety Manager for support around compliance.
The Facilities Coordinator oversee services including Integrated Facilities Management provision, catering, vending, cleaning, pest control, helpdesk, front of house services, technical services, waste & mailroom so they need to be highly client focused role, building relationships with multiple internal stakeholders.
You will be responsible for achieving financial objectives (profit and cost controls) in line with unit budget and business plans and delivering on-site services to the standards/SLAs in the contract.
About You Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:
  • Excellent customer service, stakeholder management skills and people skills.
  • Relationship builder and experience in working in a matrix delivery environment
  • Management knowledge of health & safety and food safety
  • Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
  • Able to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to standards
  • Analyse problems analytically, develop opportunities and implement innovative solutions Adaptable, resilient and forward thinking
