Behaviour Manager
Ferndale - Min £12.90 per hour

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a secondary school based in the Ferndale area to take on the role of Behaviour Manager where the successful applicant will be working with challenging students within the school. These students will range across KS3 and KS4 and you will be based in a room throughout the day, trying to educate these students on their behaviour and completion of tasks set by subject teachers. This position is available to begin in September and will run for the duration of the academic year.

The Role:
- Working alongside other members of the behaviour staff and subject teachers supporting children with challenging behaviour
- Contribute towards a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued
- Manage challenging behaviours in line with school policy
- Work on a one-to-one basis and with small groups

The Applicant:
- Have previous experience with children or adults in a similar capacity
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Own an enhanced Child Workforce DBS available on the update service
- Be registered with the EWC (Education Workforce Council)
