We have an EXCITING NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU! Challenge-trg Recruitment is teaming up with the Co-op to recruit for several full time Warehouse Operative in Birtley, DH2 1AE.
Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative will be between £13.60 to £19.51 per hour
Typical working hours as a Warehouse Operative:
Shifts: 14:00pm until 22:00pm | You will be working 5 days out of 7 and will include some weekend work.
Duties as a Warehouse Operative:
- Work in a temperature-controlled environment-Including Ambient/Chill (2-5 degrees Celsius)
- Pick items using a voice activated pick system Operate LLOP (full training provided)
- Maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety
- Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 88% Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
- Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
Our ideal candidate as a Warehouse Operative:
- Must be over 18 years old
- Must be able to lift up to 25kg
