Role Purpose
As a member of the School’s Management Team (SMT), the Cluster Business Support Manager is responsible for management of financial, administrative, secretarial and other support services in a Secondary School and will manage the Administrative Assistant in the Cluster Primary Schools to ensure a consistent/ flexible and adaptable business support function is applied across the cluster. Working closely with other members of the SMT and other Managers the postholder will develop and implement school support policies. The post holder will be involved in change management across Business Support which will include exploring and implementing digital technologies.
Essential
Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy or other relevant discipline, or substantial relevant experience in a senior role.
