Randd UK (Part of the K3 Capital Group) are a market leading advisor in the field of R&D Tax credit claims. We are currently
expanding our internal sales function due to an exciting period of growth and are looking for Outbound Sales Executives to join
the team based at our Bolton Office.



The Role



As an Outbound Sales Executive you will be responsible for prospecting and approaching potential new business clients across the
UK, discussing their Research & Development projects and expenditure, and organising face to face meetings for our Business
Development Managers.

You will benefit from full training and we will provide you with all the knowledge you need in the R&D Tax Credit scheme to be
successful. This role plays a key role in accelerating the growth of the business by identifying and securing new business
opportunities.




A bit about you



Experience of working in a specialist R&D firm or other accountancy practice would be beneficial but not essential – We will give
you all the training you need to get you up to speed!



We do however look for Candidates that..



* Thrive working in a fast paced and demanding office based environment, you will enjoy working collaboratively, and will be
ambitious and driven to progress a career in sales.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you have a natural ability for conversation and strong rapport building
skills.
* Strong attention to detail as first-time accuracy is essential.

* Have a background in lead generation or appointment setting with the desire to progress into a technical sales role within the
next 12 months.

* We will reward you with a fantastic basic salary, and uncapped commission structure. Basic salary is determined by your level
of experience but starts at £25k. On target earnings including bonus is £40k, however our commission structure is uncapped (Top
earners can easily achieve £50k+
