Crynodeb
- Ensure that all work is technically compliant, working closely with the Quality team
- Work to be completed to a high quality standard and meet regulatory quality standards (AS9100)
- Provide support to the team in the timely completion of Process
Failure Mode effects analysis
- Basic knowledge of reading drawings
- Assist with quality-related issues within the manufacturing team
- Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements
- Build and maintain customer and supplier relations
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities
- Using Teams monitor and complete 5s audits as required, raise
issues and complete any actions raised, also participate and
contribute to employee ideas
- Actively engage and participate in new or ongoing company projects as required
- Run AeroDNA reports and action accordingly
- Help to ensure control plans, product records and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained through the Advance Product Quality Planning system
- Assist with preparation and completion of FAIRS

- Maintain work equipment and report repairs as required
- Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere
- Help to Improve business programs, technologies, and procedures
- Oversee day-to-day business activities
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Business Admin Apprenticeship standard, consisting of:
Knowledge and competence qualification in Business Admin Level 3
End-Point Assessment (EPA) - final test and observation
Functional Skills maths (if required)
Functional Skills English (if required)
Delivery method and location to be confirmed
