Relief Personal Assistant to cover holidays and Sickness as and when needed.
4x4 hr shifts
A committed and flexible Personal Assistant (PA) is required for relief to cover holidays and Sickness as and when needed. To support a gentleman to manage his daily routine and access to the community.
This gentleman suffered a serious brain trauma 16 years ago. He has some mobility issues, specifically poor balance and requires support to shower, dress, prepare meals and with general day to day tasks.
He will require a personal assistant to be flexible for relief work, 4 hour shifts covering weekends and the occasional evenings holidays. He will also require support to get out into the community and to socialise.
He is a keen Swansea City football supporter, enjoys concerts
The hours are to be worked flexibly as required and agreed in advance. This post is funded through the Direct Payments scheme and is intended to enable this family to manage their support independently. Training can be provided as required and where available.
