With a fully staffed team, the home thrives in providing exceptional care to its children. Now seeking to enhance its close-knit team, the home is in search of an experienced deputy to fill the vacancy left by the promotion of the previous deputy to the role of home manager. This opportunity presents a chance to contribute to the continued success and growth of the home, ensuring the high standard of care is maintained while fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for its residents.

The Benefits:

This deputy opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance, with working hours scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. While maintaining this consistent schedule, there may be occasional requirements for shift cover or overtime to ensure the continuous benefit of the home, its residents, and the cohesive functioning of the team. This flexibility allows for a harmonious balance between professional responsibilities and personal commitments, fostering a supportive and sustainable work environment for the deputy and their team members.

Our client, a thriving independent provider in the midst of an expansion, is actively seeking a Deputy to join their exciting ventures. They are in search of an individual ready to embrace this fantastic opportunity, someone with the determination and passion to actively contribute to the growth and development of this home and potentially others in the future. This role offers progression opportunities.

Successful Applicant:
