- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel empowered to explore their ideas, develop their skills, and achieve their full potential.
- Assist in assessing student progress through a range of formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.
- Promote positive behaviour and social skills by modelling respect, cooperation, and responsibility, and supporting effective classroom management strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop cross-curricular links, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Childcare, or a related field.
- Experience working within a UK primary school setting is preferred, but not essential.
