Flourish Education are recruiting for a SEND Teacher to join the team, to work in a two-form entry Primary School located in the Wednesbury area.
Our client is looking for a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher to work in their specialist provision hub, where experience of both teaching and working with children with SEND and within the EYFS Framework is essential.
The specialist provision hub currently has 10 children within the hub, and you will be supported by four Teaching Assistants, all of which you will be highly supported by and required to complete full teacher responsibilities. These include planning, delivering, and assessing lessons/ students work, attend staff meetings /parents evening, safeguard all students and to work alongside the TA's extremely closely to deliver the best possible education to the children.
Experience working with EYFS and with SEND is essential and our client is hoping to recruit someone who is hard-working and committed to the role.
This SEND Teacher role is due to start ASAP and become permanenet in September 2024 for the right candidate.
Required Skills and Experience for this SEND Teacher role:
- Minimum Level 3 Qualification
- Experience working in a Primary School
- Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children
- DBS on the update service
- A minimum of 2 references from the last 24 months
- Work closely with the class teacher
Working for Flourish Education as a SEND Teacher you will receive:
- Competitive salary of between £153.85- £211.96 per day which equates up to £41,332.20 per annum based on working 5 days per week

- Holiday Pay - for PAYE candidates you accrue this at 14.36% of your day rate
