Phoenix Care Staff are searching for Support Workers who want to make a difference to people’s lives!
We are looking for staff who are compassionate about care and have experience in the care sector.
We have competitive hourly rates, commencing at £11.44 per hour.
The role of a successful Support Worker include:
• Building positive relationships with the residents
• Person centred approach
• General housekeeping
• Assisting clients with daily personal care such as washing, bathing, toileting,
feeding
• Provide care and assistance to the highest level
• Working with challenging behaviour
