In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients across the UK. Key responsibilities include managing monthly spreadsheet submissions, placing cover, reconciling premiums, and addressing client queries. You will also identify risk exposures, prepare client and renewal documentation, and ensure all risk information is accurately entered into internal systems. Effective self-management of your tasks to maintain a high level of client service, chasing overdue payments, and keeping documentation up to date are essential.
