Our Apprenticeships team are offering an 16 month apprenticeship to join them as an EPA & Apprenticeship Service Coordinator. In this role, you will support the College's EPA across various external organisations and employers and support the administration of thesCollege's Apprenticeship Service website for our employers.
What is EPA? EPA stands for End Point Assessment. EPA is the final assessment of the apprenticeship process which recognises the achievements that the apprentice has gained in their study and employment.
Why is EPA important? EPA signs off the apprentice which enables them to gain the qualification they have been working towards. Once the EPA has been finalised, the College is able to claim government apprenticeship funding, allowing us to widen the apprenticeships and qualifications we can make available within our network of employers.Benefits: 25 days holiday entitlement, 15.9% College pension contribution to LGPS, health care cash plan, free car parking, discounted Hair & Beauty, on-site gym, staff development & training, Sodexo Retail Discount Scheme, and more!
