Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in the classroom and during other school activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet each student’s unique needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Support students with daily tasks, promoting independence and self-confidence.
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining open communication with teachers and parents.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed on best practices in SEN support.

Qualifications:
