The Leicestershire College is looking for three experienced and flexible Engineering Assessors to join our apprenticeship team to support in the growth of our Engineering Apprenticeship provision.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Engineering Trainer/Assessor or someone wishing to leave industry, to work on a full-time contract (or fractional opportunities available) to carry out Training and Assessing duties for apprentices and their employers in college and the workplace.

The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

Competency in the subject area
An appropriate Assessor qualification (D32/D33/A1/TAQA, or equivalent) or willing to work towards
A qualification at a minimum Level 3 in the subject area
Experience of working with individuals to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours
