Your new company
The company has been offering over 55 years of service to long term serving clients as long as for 50+ years. They provide Property Management, Asset management and Valuations across the UK. Servicing mainly the Commercial industry with some Residential. Central London office locations that are newly refurbed to accommodate with the continued business growth!
Your new role
- Management of commercial leases
- Tenant liaison, including attending tenant meetings.
- Managing the wider property and FM team on maintenance
- Rent and Service charge approvals.
- Reviewing service charge expenditure and cash flow
- Reviewing service charge budgets and working on year-end reconciliations
- Regular reporting to stakeholders
- Managing repair works
- Inspection of properties nationwide
- Exposure to Asset Management with the progression into an Asset Management role
- Client facing
What you'll need to succeed
- MRICS Qualified with 2/3 years PQE. However will consider candidates with experience in managing budgets and service charges
- Proven background in managing commercial properties
- Drivers Licence as travel is required for the role
