Summary:
Position: Full time / Part Time / Temporary and Short hours to suit school pick up
Qualifications:
Early Years Teachers (Degree and Foundation Degree)
NVQ Level 3 or 4 or 5 or Degree in Early Childhood Education
Summary of Main Duties:
Applicant will demonstrate expertise in creating, developing and implementing core lesson plans to meet the individual and specific emotional, educational, social and cognitive requirements of babies, toddlers and preschool.
To use Lesson Plans to motivate and stimulate children. Accurate record keeping of children’s development and monitor children’s progress as a group and one – on – one involvement in child – centred activities.
To work in partnership with parents/Carer. Deep insight into organising each day’s activities that provide children with variety of experience, opportunities aimed at developing children’s curiosity, initiative and problem – solving skills.
Knowledge:
EYFS Framework, Safeguarding, Safer Recruitment and Health/Safety procedures very essential. Food Hygiene, Paediatric and Resuscitation, Childcare practices and understanding.
Experience:
2-5years post qualification experience (excluding training period)

Excellent communicator

Excellent ability to observe children
Good role model
A good listener and observer
Curious and genuine willingness and commitment to monitor that the classroom is well maintained at all times for children development and pleasure
Applicant must trust the Montessori Method and the EYFS Framework.
DBS, References highly essential. Only serious applicant need apply. Work trial will be carried out to assess adult/child interaction, skills and knowledge base.
Apprenticeship training available for Levels2/3 in Childcare and Education. Applicants on JSA to be favoured.
Consideration will be given to Students LIVING IN THE UK ONLY and seeking to join the Early Years workforce. You must complete your qualifications to transfer CoS.
