We have a new role based in Stourton LS10 –Office ADMINISTRATOR - £23000 - £25000 + benefits
As part of a small, fast-growing company, you will be supporting the management team with the key administrative function. As the first point of contact you will be representing the company, therefore, you will be friendly, welcoming and customer focussed.
The Role:
• Data input of all systems including, warehouse admin, customer accounts, invoices, waste / transport and Xero
• Responsible for resolving customer, and supplier queries
• Administration of all deliveries and collections
• Managing the distribution, storage and retrieval of documents
• Handling in-bound calls
• Meeting and inducting all visitors to site
• Replenish stationery and consumables
• Checking purchase invoices against delivery paperwork
• Process weekly timesheets and adjustments
• Ensuring waste acceptance criteria is always adhered to
