The role entails completing all Apprentice course work within designated timelines and actively participating in review meetings. Additionally, providing general helpdesk and administration support as per contractual obligations is essential.

The main duties include mastering all aspects of the Service Desk Coordinator role, scheduling and planning works for engineers and sub-contractors, and updating job details on Maximo CAFM system and utilizing the Click planning platform. Ensuring accurate creation and approval of Purchase Orders for contracted works, promptly addressing incoming emails, and reviewing certification and reports for any necessary remedial actions are integral responsibilities. Collaborating closely with supervisors and managers to offer necessary support, including preparing quotations and providing Management Information for customer reports, is crucial. Effective communication via Teams calls and emails, fostering strong working relationships with stakeholders, and maintaining proper documentation in Maximo are key aspects. The ideal candidate demonstrates willingness to learn, commitment to completing the apprenticeship course, possesses strong IT skills, and exhibits a flexible, proactive attitude. They should excel in communication with various stakeholders, work well under pressure, employ creative problem-solving techniques, adhere to process and compliance requirements, and function effectively within a team environment.
