30.5 Hours / 52.14
Ability to work from 4pm-9pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday across both Lewes and Eastbourne (with negotiable remaining hours).
Salary Circa - £25,800 FTE (Actual Circa £21,200)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Adult Community Learning Department for the position of Adult Leisure Coordinator. This pivotal role involves coordinating leisure provision across our Eastbourne and Lewes campuses, ensuring that our community members have access to high-quality leisure activities and educational opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate leisure courses and activities across Eastbourne and Lewes campuses.
• Manage a team of sessional and disparate workers, ensuring effective delivery of courses.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to reach out to new groups of learners and promote our offerings.
• Ensure the quality of provision by capturing stakeholder and learner feedback and continuously improving programs.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure students receive a rewarding learning experience.
• Maintain organised records and capture data to support program evidence and evaluation.
• Cost out courses to ensure their viability and affordability for learners.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Passion for adult education and community learning.
• Teaching experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in data capture and analysis to support program evaluation.
