Pinnacle Cares are recruiting full-time and part-time Support Workers in North Tyneside and Northumberland to support people to live independently at home. We offer:
- £12 per hour basic rate for all hours
- Enhancements of £12.60 per hour for early and late shifts and weekends
- £2.40 per hour retention bonus paid every six months for every hour worked
- Further annual retention bonuses
- Guaranteed hours contracts
- Paid travel time plus mileage payments for drivers
- Contributions to public transport costs for those that walk
- Set shift pattern with 3 days off one week, 4 days off the next
- Every other weekend off
- Opportunity for over-time, if this is of interest
- Fully paid Induction training and paid ongoing training
- Company-paid uniform, jacket and mobile phone
- Progression routes and incentive schemes
- Paid Diplomas in Health and Social Care

We operate 7 days a week from 7am until 10pm and have full and part-time positions available for drivers and non-drivers.

If you have a specific training schedule or training course to complete, we will support you with this. We also offer Diplomas in Health and Social Care including Levels 2, 3 and 5.
