What you’ll be doing: As Business Development Manager in our Maidstone branch, you’ll build meaningful relationships with a designated panel of key brokers. You’ll take ownership for generating profitable business. You’ll develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities. You’ll plan, forecast and set operational targets, supporting us to achieve AXA Commercial’s strategic development plan.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at our Maidstone office, visiting brokers or attending industry events. Your brokers are based in Kent, Sussex and Surrey. Occasional travel to London.
