Are you a seasoned logistics professional with a passion for leading high-performing teams? Look no further! We're seeking a Linehaul Team Leader to take charge of our bustling Import and Export freight department within our land division.
Location: Nuneaton, UK
Hours: 9:00 to 17:30
Salary: £30,000 to £33,000
What will you be doing?
- Introduce metrics for evaluating team performance and service quality to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure efficient response to customer issues and complaints, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with departments, hauliers, and partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize in-house systems for shipping documentation and prepare customer activity reports.
- Manage a team of Customer Service Operators, overseeing job costing and month-end reporting.
- Reporting of KPIs into X -site meetings.
- Monitor and action generic email boxes.
- Managing the planning of export linehaul trailers to IE and EU.
- Managing the data transfer of inbound trailers from IE and EU.
- Working with and monitoring terminal inventories daily.

- Previous supervisory experience.
