Temporary Customer Service Officer/Admin

Job Ref: Brent 5248923

Pay Rate: £15.06 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 36 Monday - Friday, 8.45am to 5pm

Role Length: This opening assignment is for 4 months

City: Wembley, London

The purpose of the role is to deal with enquiries regarding adult social care. To be able to respond to email and telephone enquiries. You will need to be able to effectively screen for eligibility for social care input and signpost accordingly.

Qualifications:

3 GCSE's, Grades A-C, or equivalent including English and Mathematics.



Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Good communication skills.
Previous administration experience.
Good people management.
Good communication written and verbal.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
