Runcorn, Cheshire

Are you a highly organised individual who has a high attention to detail?

Do you enjoy building relationships with stakeholders, helping guide them to audit excellence?

If YES then this may be the role for you, so come and join our team.

Our Company

PHOENIX is a large and successful group of companies ensuring patients and the public have access to high-quality healthcare in the UK and across Europe. We specialise in medicine distribution, pharmaceutical care and pharmacy based primary care services. We work in partnership with the NHS, healthcare commissioners and providers as well as pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Within the Group, we have brands and businesses, which are trusted and respected by patients and healthcare professionals. Healthcare in the UK is facing unprecedented challenges - we are playing our part in ensuring we can help deliver improved patient outcomes at the lowest possible cost to the NHS.

The Role holder will act as guardian of QMS and GDP documentation, providing editorial oversight of QMS and GDP documentation including SOPs, Processes, and work instructions. You will also provide templates and advice to our depots and central function to ensure that documentation is in compliance with QMS, EMS and GXP standards, ensuring that operational best practice is observed.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a motivated starter-finisher who can help support and drive compliance in A GxP environment. To support compliance, you will need to be confident in detailing and developing internal processes, documentation standards, and competency development programs. An understanding of ISO standards is key to this role and will underpin all that you do.
