Randstad C&P are seeking a skilled, experienced Site Agent to join a major highways project with a tier one contractor in the Oxford area! The prestigious company are actively seeking an Agent to lead the scheme, initially working closely with the PM and design team to help the project move onto the contrsuction phase.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Agent in highways or relevant civil engineering projects (anaging packages such as earthworks, structures, groundworks etc).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage site operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management and construction methodologies.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and risk assessments.
