Crynodeb

A leading special education provider is now seeking a driven Speech and Language Therapist to join the team in supporting autistic children and young people to reach their education goals.

The group is committed to providing students with an ASD diagnosis and related needs – such as sensory differences, SLCN, and learning disabilities – with a holistic learning experience that brings out their full potential, from preschool through to college and beyond.

Through a personalised approach to each student’s education, widening access to life-changing opportunities, and offering a robust support network, the group aims to cultivate a more inclusive system where students can choose their own path without limits.

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will join the MDT in implementing targeted interventions that enable students to feel valued, develop key life skills, and gain both confidence and independence.

You will benefit from a full, tailored induction programme upon starting, followed by further training opportunities as part of a well-rounded CPD and career progression pathway – on top of ongoing clinical supervision, peer support, and e-learning options.

This is a permanent, full-time (37.5h, year-round) position for a Speech and Language Therapist.
