We’re looking for a forward-thinking, driven individual to join our Asset Planning team.

Your role as Asset Planning Co-ordinator will be to assist the Asset Planning Manager in all aspects of asset management. You’ll play a leading role in the planning and feasibility of projects and investment programmes, ensuring accurate records, reports and evidence are maintained.

We have a wide variety of stock, ranging from houses, commercial units, blocks of flats, garages, communal open space areas, car parks and play parks, and we’re looking for someone who can utilise our asset performance data and insight, ensuring we take an informed and strategic approach to the management of our assets.

You’ll have the ability to independently solve complex issues and develop practical and holistic solutions, whilst maintaining high standards.

You’ll need to have extensive knowledge and understanding of asset management within the housing sector, including relevant legislation, investment appraisal, life cycles, asbestos, compliance, Decent Homes, energy performance, HHSRS, damp and mould etc.

We'll need you to have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll have a proven track record of working proactively and on your own initiative, with the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines in a challenging but rewarding environment.

Finally, you’ll have a good understanding of health and safety and project management practices and have previous experience of project management from inception and feasibility, up to delivery stage.

Tanya Spedding is our Asset Planning Manager, so if you fancy an informal chat about the role, why not give her a call on 07825 843819.

Closing date for applications is Sunday 16 June 2024, applications will be reviewed throughout the duration of the advert and we may close it early should enough applications be received. We are not working with recruitment agencies on this vacancy.
