Here at Principal Resourcing, we offer a diverse, welcoming, and supportive educational experience for SEN Teaching Assistants seeking a new challenge.

We have an exciting opportunity for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join our talent pool in Cottingham with immediate start. You will provide 1:1 and small group intervention and support for KS1/KS2 pupils with SEN and behavioural needs on a full-time basis. Part-time applications will be considered for the right applicant.

The Christian Primary School set in the picturesque village of Cottingham offers a friendly and community driven place of learning, where staff and pupils feel valued and supported. Working in partnership with families, the diverse curriculum aims to develop inquisitive learners and build positive memories for all students.

You will work collaboratively as part of a friendly staff team, to promote consistency in learning, high achievement, positive wellbeing and be committed to providing an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all pupils within your care.

We welcome applications from Teaching Assistants with a range of school experience and offer competitive rates of pay up to £100, depending on your experience and the role requirements.

Your role as a SEN TA:
- Support the Teacher to engage SEN students in learning & build confidence.
- Adapt to the diverse needs of SEN students within your care.
- Maintain strong classroom management & promote high standards for learning.
- Support SEN students to positively progress, through suitable intervention.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a positive and child-centred staff team.

We are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant with:
- A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
