A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor at our Whiffler Road hub.
As part of a great team, our Parts Advisors are key to the relationships we have with our client base and to the success of our business. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, taking care of them from when they walk through our doors, to when they head home is our main focus.
Your role will include:
Identifying parts required for service and repair work
Liaising with Technicians and Service Advisors
Managing parts stock
Supporting warranty claims
Assisting Service Advisors
The ideal candidate will work well within a busy team, as well as independently, and have great attention to detail; Main Dealer experience would be preferred but not essential.
