Job Description
Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Leaving Care Personal Advisor with Trafford Council
Trafford Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 37 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Be able to support young vulnerable people from the age of 16 years old to 21 years old.
- Provide Advice guidance, practical and emotional support throughout the care leavers journey.
- Have clear communication with other partner agencies to help support the young persons into independence.
Essential Criteria
- Must be a car user, Own a car and hold Business insurance
- Previous experience working with Young people/Care leavers is essential
