Do you have general maintenance experience in a commercial environment and looking for a new challege? This is a great opportunity to work on an interested production site for a leading media company in London. This is not the mundane office maintenance role, you will be exposed to much more, with a wide range of work to be carried out!
Duties
- General fault finding
- Painting
- Decorating
- Changing Lights/Lamps
- Repairing fixtures - doors, walls, handles, windows
- Fitting furniture/general carpentry
- Basic plumbing
- Tap temperatures/repairs
- Basic electrical work
- Cleaning filters on HVAC systems
Requirements
- Experience as a handy person/fabric technician in a commercial setting
- Skilled in a trade: painting & decorating/plumbing/carpentry
- Career driven - want to learn new skills
