SEN Teaching Assistant - Speech and Behavioural Support
An incredibly well-resourced SEN school in East London are seeking multiple SEN Teaching Assistants to join their welcoming, holistic, and caring team as soon as possible. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your role will stretch far more than assisting with teaching. You will be supporting students aged 11 - 19 with Severe, Complex and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, and ASD.
These SEN Teaching Assistant roles are suitable for someone with SEN experience, particularly PMLD & SLD, however, the school are also interested in Graduates with a keen interest in SEN, Teaching and Child-Psychology.
This SEN school is keen to take on graduate teaching assistants and provide them with the experience of leading a class, perfect for aspiring teachers, therapists, or psychologists.
For those who prefer a career as a teaching assistant, the school also offer opportunities to become a TA2 where you are responsible for supporting a specialist in a classroom setting.
The school are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team to provide support in the following aspects:
- To work with children who have a range of complex needs including learning, behavioural and physical needs.
