Crynodeb
As well as supporting teachers, you will be involved in quality assurance, quality improvement and training and development activities.
The role will involve supporting all aspects of the curriculum to help drive improvements in quality standards across the College.
We are looking for an excellent, experienced practitioner who is able to share their expertise across a range of curriculum areas. You will need to be proactive and use your initiative.
You will be a key team member who will be confident delivering staff training and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
It’s a fast-paced environment, so you will be working on multiple priorities at any given time. A comprehensive understanding of professional standards, including the OFSTED framework is beneficial.
The successful candidate should be aware of quality assurance and improvement activities, although full training will be given.
A relevant teaching qualification is essential for this role.
