Procurement Specialist needed in Cardiff
The hourly rate is £319.80 per day PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: RQ1272814
The successful candidate will be leading, directing and co-ordinating a programme of sourcing activity and ensuring effective contract and supplier relationship management to maximise value for money and deliver targeted savings across the assigned categories / sub-categories. They will provide advice and guidance to support the framework members, category team members and Service Area staff with respect to procurement procedures and processes.
- Delivering targeted savings and improved value for money
- Developing category plans and sourcing strategies and drive associated change management initiatives
- Ensuring specifications and contracts are in place that deliver the strategic objectives and which support Service Area service
