Summary


Hampshire Hospitals are currently recruiting for an experienced Associate Director of Resourcing and Temporary Staffing for a 12-month maternity cover.

This role provides a rare opportunity to lead a large and diverse resourcing team spanning general, medical and international recruitment, temporary staffing and e-rostering. You will help to ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time to deliver outstanding care for our patients.

You will have the skills to manage people, processes, and financial resources to ensure the supply and demand of the workforce is met.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our HR Senior Management Team and help shape our employee experience of our current and future workforce.

• Lead and inspire high performance in the resourcing and temporary staffing teams, measuring performance through agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI), objective setting, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customerfeedback.
• Leadonreducingtemporary staffingspendacrosstheTrust,workingcloselywithclinicalandnon-clinicalcolleagues to optimise resourcing and recruitment models andapproaches.
• Developproactive‘talentattraction’strategiestopositiontheTrustasan‘EmployerofChoice’,including for hard to recruit/ skills shortageareas.
• Proactively develop recruitment pipelines and talent pools so there is a ready supply of a talented and diverse workforce ahead ofdemand.
• Champion equality and diversity in recruitment by devising sourcing techniques to recruit from under- represented groups within the Trusts and widercommunity.
• To drive roster efficiencies across the Trust.
• Understanding of ethical recruitment practices.
• Up to date legislation knowledge in relation to visa and immigration protocols.
